Garage furniture colour options
The colours listed above are, apart from the bespoke option, are our “stock” colours. These stock colours are ones that we have chosen as we believe offer an exciting selection of functional yet historic and iconic pallets.
All painted finished on our cabinets are powder coated in a matt finish. We use matt paint for several reasons. Firstly, it provides the best coverage, this ensures that they will last longer and be the most resilient they can be. Secondly, matt paint, when compared to gloss, does not show fingerprints etc, ensuring they look their best, with the least amount of maintenance. Additionally, matt isn’t as reflective, reducing glare in your garage.
Above all of this, we can finish your cabinets in a colour scheme of your choosing. Different colours, finishes and materials are available. You can see a selection of the available materials below.
A popular material combination is painted bodies and stainless-steel contact areas. Stainless is more durable and hard wearing than a painted surface and therefore ideal for high use garages. It also adds a bit of a wow factor to the cabinets.

Garage furniture material options
The materials listed above are the standard materials we work with. This isn’t to say we can’t work with other metals, its just that we have found these to offer the best combination of features required for your garage furniture.
As standard, all our garage furniture is manufactured from mild steel, powder coated. Mild steel offers a combination of strength and low weight and durability. We use mild steel to form the tops, bodies, drawers and, if specified, feet. Using welds and rivets, we create a strong structure that stand the test of time.
If required, we can upgrade components of the units to use other materials, such as stainless-steel. Using stainless-steel improves the visual appearance of the cabinets and trolleys. Stainless is also self-finishing and therefore more durable than a painted surface, making it the perfect choice for high use contact areas. By adding our stainless pack, you will receive stainless-steel hinges, feet (if optioned) handles and upper worksurfaces. The light matt nature of brushed stainless-steel adds a visual ‘wow-factor’ to our range of cabinets and trolleys and really sets them apart from the competition.
In addition, we can manufacture the carcass and drawers of our units from stainless steel should you desire.
